Note: Please remove the "*"s and "[]"s from the format when you fill it in.

*You can be almost anything you want(within reason) but it is preferred that you stay with the same basic ideas of the books(with mostly bird-kids and erasers)

**please be aware that even if you are in a specific flock, or pack you will still be added to the Main Flock(for bird kids and some winged others) or Main Pack(for erasers or wolf/dog/animalistic others)
